Gratitude List

Hello my friends! I was wondering if any of you do a gratitude list? I do one every day with a friend of mine. She makes me accountable every day. 

Each morning we text each other three things that make us grateful. It really helps us to appreciate the things we already have in our life. 

Here's an example of one I sent to her: I am grateful for the sunshine today. I am grateful that I am happy, healthy and at peace. I am grateful to the people in life who bring me joy and love❤️. 

If you do a gratitude list, I would love to hear about it. If you do not do, please give it a try and let me know. Also, it doesn't have to be three things you are grateful for, it could be just one.

    I'm just now starting to learn the benefits of a Gratitude List after doing it every morning for a little over a month. I write ten things to be grateful for and I am starting to see incremental changes. My attitude is better and I feel happier overall.
